The cutting principle of the diamond wire cutting machine is similar to that of the bow saw. The wire winding drum that rotates and reciprocates at high speed drives the diamond wire to reciprocate. The diamond wire is tensioned by two tensioning wire wheels (spring or pneumatic), and two guide wheels are added to ensure the cutting accuracy and surface shape. The workbench is automatically controlled to continuously feed in the direction of the diamond wire control console, or the diamond wire control console is controlled to continuously feed in the direction of the workbench, so that grinding occurs between the diamond wire and the object to be cut to form a cut. During the cutting process, due to the small diameter and elasticity of the diamond wire, the diamond cutting wire forms an angle between the object to be cut and the two guide wheels located on its left and right, and the diamond wire is in a slightly arc shape. Therefore, the force applied to the object to be cut, combined with the relative movement between the diamond wire and the object to be cut, enables the cutting to proceed continuously.
